5) LEAVE A NOTE FOR HOW YOU WANT THE DESIGN TO APPEAR AND WHETHER IT SHOULD BE ON EITHER THE LEFT OR RIGHT SLEEVE.

THE ACERETROGRADE DESIGN TEAM WILL DISCUSS THE BEST FORMAT FOR THE DESIGN AND GET BACK TO YOU IF ANY CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE.
